Achieving Sustainable Communities and Social Equity Conference

Shanna Ratner was a panelist for two sessions at this conference: "Place-based vs. Conventional Economic Development" and "Measuring Real Time Plan & Project Impacts." The conference was sponsored by the New England Federal Partnership for Sustainable Communities and the Funders’ Network for Smart Growth and Livable Communities, and convened agencies and organizations that have received assistance from the federal Partnership for Sustainable Communities (PSC) including HUD, DOT, and EPA. The goal of the conference was for grantees to learn from each other about the sustainable community strategies and tools they were using, and the results they hoped to achieve.
