Yellow Wood Associates, Inc. prepared a socio-economic study of the Town of Plainfield, Vermont, including detailed assessment of the impact of a proposed highway bypass, village revitalization, and agricultural assessment. The work also included a fiscal impact study of land use patterns. The study led to the formation of the Plainfield Revitalization Committee and increased activity on the part of the Town Planning Committee.
