This report is a pre-feasibility assessment analyzing whether or not a district energy scenario usingy a central woodchip boiler heating system makes sense for Old Forge Properties. Old Forge Properties is the parent company to three business units: Enchanted Forest/Water Safari, a seasonal Water Park; Water’s Edge Inn, a year-round lodging with 77 rooms; and the Old Forge Camping Resort, a 400-site campground and lodge.
