Shanna Ratner facilitated the NGFN Food Hub Collaboration Spring 2012 Conference. During the conference, she moderated a panel on "Supply Side Success: Logistics for Quality and Consistency;" facilitated region-based breakout groups and developed an original tool for the plenary session "Food Hubs as Drivers for Healthier Food Systems;" and provided Curbside Consulting in "Evaluation and Measurement."
