The You Get What You Measure® workshop presented by Shanna Ratner, Melissa Levy, and Rob Petrini on April 28 and 29th, 2009 for the Spartanburg, South Carolina Community organized through the Spartanburg County Foundation, was a two-day You Get What You Measure® process well attended with a total of 85 participants including leaders from the business, nonprofit, education, service, faith-based and volunteer sectors of the community as well as staff and board members of the Foundation. The two-day session allowed the participants to expand upon their goal, “In the year 2030, 40% of our residents age 25+ have a baccalaureate degree” and to identify the key leverage indicators and measures needed to make progress toward the goal.
