The Rural Health Network of South Central New York is working on a collaborative assessment project, Rural Broome Counts, that will provide organizational leaders, decision makers, policy makers, service providers and funders with a comprehensive report on the needs and assets of rural Broome County in comparison with suburban and urban Broome County. Yellow Wood is providing technical assistance to the Rural Health Network to support the design and development of the work plan for the Rural Broome Counts project.
