Yellow Wood conducted a feasibility study for a local retail food enterprise in the Town of Johnson, Vermont. The study included interviews with local food businesses, institutions and social service agencies to learn more about their desire and interest in a local retail food enterprise; investigation into other retail food store models around the country; a retail trade market area analysis; and a review of potential locations, partners and ownership structures.
