Yellow Wood worked with the Frederick County Dairy Processing Task Force to determine the feasibility of a venture focused on selling Maryland dairy products to Maryland consumers. Work included trend analysis of dairy consumption, regional demand analysis, regional production capacity assessment, market research, best practices research, detailed description of options for design and construction of a state-of-the-art dairy processing facility, and preliminary financial estimates.
