Yellow Wood Associates, Inc. continued its collaboration with the Community Partnership Center of the University of Tennessee and the Center for Community Change to further develop a participatory evaluation training curriculum and to adapt the methodology for use with a wide array of interested clients. In addition, Yellow Wood Associates, Inc. provided ongoing consulting with the Empowerment Zones and Enterprise Communities.
