The You Get What You Measure® workshop presented on May 11, 2009 for Workforce Central of the Community Foundation of Greater South Wood County, Wisconsin was well attended by participants ranging from staff, committee members, funder representatives and businesses across South Wood County. The full-day session allowed participants to explore the first two of a variety of goals that will be represented by various sectors throughout the business community in South Wood County and Rome. The workshop focused on an indicator analysis which identified key leverage and key results indicators for each sector and goals. The two goals represented the Advanced Manufacturing and the Information Technology sectors.
