Central Minnesota Cultural Planning Steering Committee

Shanna Ratner and Rob Petrini of Yellow Wood Associates worked with a group of regional participants from the Central Minnesota Cultural Planning Steering Committee applying the You Get What You Measure® process to a Cultural Plan previously worked on by the committee and another consultant. During the YGWYM process we worked with the committee members, providing them with a systems approach to formulate specific goals and to identify the key leverage indicators needed to make progress towards those goals. The next steps for the Steering Committee will be to take the goals and key leverage indicators identified and to create measures and align them with actions steps needed show progress towards their goal.
