As part of the 9th Annual Catskills Local Government Day, Samantha Dunn gave an interactive presentation on a unique process for rural municipalities to inventory their infrastructure and evaluate the potential for applying sound alternative technologies to their physical assets. This systems approach provides communities with an invaluable asset management tool and opportunities to provide superior environmental, economic and social returns when addressing infrastructure needs. Participants learned how other small communities are applying alternative technologies to their energy, building and water systems projects.
