Yellow Wood facilitated a session on Participatory Research with Ohio University's Community Based Participatory Research Group. This three and one half hour facilitated workshop on participatory research provided participants with a highly interactive overview of participatory research from the perspectives of both trained researchers and community members. The facilitation included a warm up (Research Bingo), a review of the five stages of research and the research continuum, discussion of applications of participatory research, transforming the research process, and the benefits and limitations of participatory research.
