Innovators in Rural Community Economic Development
Shanna Ratner was a keynote speaker at the Canadian Centre for Rural Creativity 2018 Rural Talks to Rural Conference in Blyth, Ontario in October 2018. The title of her talk was "Investing for Rural Resilience." It incorporates some fundamentals of systems thinking as well as some conclusions based on research into community resilience in rural communities in the U.S. conducted in 2009 with Suzanne Moser, PhD.
