Yellow Wood was responsible for the Agriculture Strategy which includes goals clarification, best practices research, on-site interviews and background research at the local, state, and regional level, and integration of findings with the economic development and land use components of the Plan. Yellow Wood engaged more than 70 stakeholders throughout the development of the agriculture strategy, generating an actionable document grounded in the realities in the community.  In addition to a strategy that provides the Town with a clear path forward, ongoing community engagement strengthened relationships within the community and led to new accomplishments and progress before the final strategy was delivered.
